Shopping with Atlas
Where do you ship to?
We ship throughout the US (free over $50, $8 otherwise) and to Canada, UK, EU, Australia and Japan. International shipping is calculated at checkout.
What's your return policy?
30-day returns on unused items in original packaging. We cover return shipping in the US. Ceramics damaged in transit are replaced free of charge — just send us a photo.
Are your pieces dishwasher safe?
Most pieces are dishwasher-safe (top rack). Hand wash is gentler and recommended for the longest life. Care card included with every order.
Do you do custom or wholesale?
Yes to both — but on a limited basis. Email [email protected] with your project and we'll respond within 48 hours.
Is everything made in-house?
All ceramics and glassware are made in our Portland workshop. Textiles are woven by partner workshops in Portugal and Japan, to our specifications.
