"Dr. Lin spent 40 minutes with Daisy. She actually got down on the floor with her. Found a heart issue I didn't know about and we're managing it well."

"My cat hates the vet. The fear-free protocol they use here is the only reason he goes in willingly. Worth driving an extra 20 minutes."

"When we had to say goodbye to Cricket last fall, the team was extraordinary. They sent a card. They remembered her name a year later."

FAQ

Common questions

Do you accept new patients?
Yes — accepting all species except large livestock. New patient appointments are typically within 1 week. Bring vaccination records if you have them.
Do you take pet insurance?
We don't bill insurance directly, but we provide itemized invoices that all major insurers accept (Trupanion, Healthy Paws, Pets Best, etc.). Reimbursement is usually 7 – 14 days.
What about exotic animals?
Dr. Reyes treats rabbits, guinea pigs, birds and small reptiles. For larger reptiles or amphibians, we refer to PetMD Specialty.
How does the house-call service work?
Available within a 15-mile radius. $95 visit fee on top of standard exam pricing. Best for senior pets, fearful pets, or households with multiple animals. Wellness visits only — no surgery from home.
What if I can't afford treatment?
We work with CareCredit and ScratchPay for financing. We also have a hardship fund for low-income clients — ask the front desk. We will never let a pet suffer over money.
