Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AraSites ("Service"), provided by Arahoster ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
License grant
AraSites is sold by Arahoster under the AraSites license. Each purchase gives you the right to use the AraSites templates to build one website. For more websites, buy one license per website. You may not resell or redistribute the template files themselves, whether as-is or modified. Free updates are always included.
The demo photos included in AraSites come from Pexels. They are included for preview only and are not licensed for commercial use through AraSites; replace them with your own photos before you publish.
Your account
You're responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You may not share your account or transfer your license except as expressly permitted. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Payment & billing
License purchases are one-time, with no renewal. All purchases are final and non-refundable.

- You're responsible for any applicable taxes.
- Failed payments may result in account suspension.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the template outside the bounds of your AraSites license
- Use the Service to engage in illegal activity, harassment, fraud, or to harm others
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code beyond what's provided
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
- Use automated tools to scrape, mirror, or otherwise overload the Service
Your content
You retain all ownership rights to content you create using AraSites. By submitting content to public-facing portions of the Service (e.g. testimonials), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it in connection with the Service.
Intellectual property
AraSites, the source code, design, and trademarks belong to Arahoster. Your purchase grants you the license rights described above and nothing more. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, with notice where reasonable. On termination, sections that by their nature should survive (IP, liability, governing law) continue to apply.
Warranties & disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arahoster is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the Norwegian courts, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
