I bought the template — where do I download it?
Sign in to your Arahoster client area at me.arahoster.com and download the latest package from your AraSites order.
The icons are showing as blank squares — what's wrong?
You're probably viewing the file from your desktop without an internet connection. Bootstrap Icons loads from a CDN. Either go online, or switch to the self-hosted version in assets/vendor/bootstrap-icons/.
Can I use AraSites for a client project?
Yes. The Regular license covers one end-product where end users are not charged. For SaaS apps or anything you sell access to, get the Extended license.
How do I update AraSites when a new version comes out?
Download the new package from your Arahoster client area, then compare the new version with your customized version using a diff tool like Beyond Compare or VS Code's built-in diff. The docs have a full upgrade guide.
Do you offer refunds?
All AraSites purchases are final and non-refundable. If something is broken on our end, we'll fix it for you for free.
I need a custom feature — do you take work?
Sometimes. Book a free 15-min call and tell us what you have in mind. We do paid customization for projects above $2,000.
